Tim Terrio

Founder and President of TERRIO Physical Therapy-Fitness, Inc., has led the company since 1998, growing it from a single location to fourteen, with over 250 dedicated team members. His innovative leadership has been pivotal in driving continuous expansion and diversification.

With 30+ years of experience, Tim is a seasoned Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength Coach. Holding four college degrees—including a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master’s in Physical Education focused on Athletic Training—he demonstrates an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning.

Tim’s philanthropic efforts are equally notable. He founded two non-profit organizations: League of Dreams, Inc. and Health Through Wholeness, Inc. The League of Dreams, established in 2007, offers inclusive sports opportunities for children with disabilities. Health Through Wholeness promotes community wellness through initiatives like Covey Cottages for homeless veterans, a parafencing program with the Kern Athletic Fencing Foundation, and the soon-to-be-launched AdaptiSport Wellness Center, Bakersfield’s first fully accessible wellness center. In addition, Tim launched The DREAMS Project to further empower communities and foster inclusion.

As a serial entrepreneur, Tim also founded Integrate 3P (Passion, Purpose & Endless Possibilities), a platform offering business coaching, leadership development, and life coaching for executives and business owners. Programs include Individual Coaching, Life Pioneer Mastermind Groups, Life Evolutions, and Biz Rx.

Utilizing his education, business expertise, and community connections, Tim launched The DREAMS Project to further empower communities and foster inclusion. This initiative exemplifies his dedication to creating opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds to thrive, continuing his commitment to social progress and positive change.

A devoted father of three, Tim treasures family life. His son Nicholas, happily married to Sydney, is proud to be a father to daughter Maeve; his daughter Brooke, with her husband Corbin, is raising three children; and his son Luke contributes his expertise working for McCarthy Construction in Phoenix. Tim’s journey is defined by excellence, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to making a positive impact on lives.

albert romero

Albert (Al) Romero owns “Romero Electric & Technology” as well as “Talulua Investments” and currently is the sitting president at “Strength N’ Abilities” a non-profit that works under Health Through Wholeness. While currently being an entrepreneur, he is looking to further his business into the central coast and Northern California specializing in solar and generator power.

His hobbies include Pickleball, golf, and the occasional 5k/10k spartan runs and or local runs helping out various non-profits. He also, enjoys spending time with his daughter (Ali) and loves watching her perform color guard at her high school at various locations.

Michael T. Bowers

Well-known and respected visionary. Over 15 years of professional experience Working in Politics and Public Relations. Former Planning Commission for the city of Bakersfield, newly appointed Commissioner for Kern County Civil Service Department, and currently the Vice President of Public Relations & Government Affairs for Centric Healthcare in Bakersfield, CA. Partner at Psychiatric Wellness in Bakersfield, CA. Michael is a Progressive thinker and has served on many boards and community campaigns in California and across the United States.

Leadership: Mr. Bowers is currently a board member for Kern Health Systems, which has over 410,000 Med-Cal members in Kern County, with an annual operating budget that is well over 2.5 Billion Dollars. Kern Health Systems, the County Health Authority, is an independent public agency that governs Kern Family Health Care. The Board of Directors are appointed by the Kern County Board of Supervisors and includes major healthcare stakeholders, such as physicians, safety-net providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and community representatives.

Ganesh Acharya

Mr. Acharya has been involved in the healthcare industry for the past fifteen years. He started his career as a healthcare analyst for Arizona’s Medicaid Program, worked as a consultant for a firm that specialized in executive level strategy development for large public hospitals and health plans, and operated as a senior-level executive for General Acute Care and Acute Psychiatric Hospitals.

Today Mr. Acharya sits on the Board of Directors for three healthcare companies that are attacking the Opioid epidemic in different treatment avenues. In addition, he works with clients to help them achieve their mergers and acquisition strategies and improve their operational efficiencies. Mr. Acharya holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Master’s of Health Sector Management with an emphasis in Healthcare Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Vipul Dev, widely known as “Vip” in Bakersfield, is a distinguished reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon committed to transforming lives. A former college football player, he brings discipline, skill, and a deep sense of community to his practice.

With a passion for both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Dev has donated countless hours to providing pro bono procedures for those in need. His generosity has been recognized by local media, including Channel 23, for his contributions to the Bakersfield community.

Beyond his surgical expertise, Dr. Dev has authored or co-authored over 30 publications in General Surgery, Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery, and advanced aesthetic techniques. He has also provided critical medical care to armed forces veterans returning from Iraq with severe injuries.

Dr. Dev holds several leadership positions, including Chairman and CEO of HealtheUniverse (HLUN), a regenerative medicine and stem cell research firm, and Medical Director of Physicians Care of California. He also serves as the Wound Center Medical Director at Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield and is on the medical staff at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA.

A dedicated husband and father of four, Dr. Dev resides in Bakersfield, balancing his professional commitments with his love for fitness, weightlifting, golf, and sports.

Barry Goldner

Barry L. Goldner is a partner at Klein, DeNatale, Goldner, Cooper, Rosenlieb & Kimball, LLP, where he has practiced since 1984. He specializes in complex business transactions and commercial litigation. His practice areas include business ownership disputes, business counseling, and planning, with a focus on real estate, agriculture, construction, and health law. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest designation for professional excellence. Prior to his current role, he served as a Deputy District Attorney for Contra Costa County from 1983 to 1984.

Mr. Goldner earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1982. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, which he received in 2016. He is a former member of the California State Bar Board of Governors. He has also held several leadership positions within the Kern County Bar Association, including serving as its president in 1998. From 2001 to the present, he has been the president of the Kern County Bar Association Charitable Foundation.

Morgan Clayton

Morgan Clayton is the President and Founder of Tel-Tec Security Systems Inc., and Tel-Tec Monitoring Inc., a family-owned business established in 1982. The company is headquartered in Bakersfield, California, and serves over 8,000 customers. The markets Tel-Tec serves include Government, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Energy. He is married with three children, all of whom are part of the family business.

In addition to his professional roles, Morgan Clayton holds several leadership positions and is actively involved in the community. He is the Chairman of the Board for Dignity Health/Mercy and Mercy Southwest Hospital, and also serves as a Board Member for Memorial Hospital. He is an Executive Board Member for California State University and a Mid State Development Board Member. His community engagements include being the Founder of the Leaders in Life Youth Conference and participating in the Kern Venture Group, which invests in small business startups. He is also involved with the B3K Economic Development of Kern County. Mr. Clayton recently completed filming a documentary called the Viewpoint Project, hosted by Dennis Quaid, which was scheduled to air in the first quarter of 2023.

Antonio C. Beccari

Antonio Beccari, JD, CRPC™, is a Private Wealth Advisor with a focus on guiding individuals through life’s financial complexities with clarity and purpose. Outside of his advisory role, he enjoys gourmet cooking, pizza making, wine, literature, and international travel. Married to Maureen for over two decades, they share a rich family life with their three children. Antonio’s approach is defined by a deep dedication to personalized service and long-term client success.

President of Amy Adams Coaching & Consulting, Executive Producer and Director of Strategy and Artistic Development of Stars Dinner Theatre Amy Adams has spent over two decades working in the entertainment industry as an AEA (Actors Equity Association), SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild- American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) performer, vocal coach, life coach, youth mentor, and businesswoman. Amy’s favorite career highlights include being a top ten finalist on the third season of the hit television show American Idol, a five-year stint singing with the number one Las Vegas show, Le Rêve - The Dream at Wynn Las Vegas, and touring the country multiple times with arena and stage shows, including a starring role as the Narrator, alongside Patrick Cassidy, in the North American tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Amy is a recording artist with compilation and solo albums, a producer, an executive producer, and a casting agent in the entertainment industry. Amy believes in paying forward the insights she’s gained from over two decades in the industry. Amy now works with clients of all ages to achieve their full potential, both on stage and in life. She absolutely loves her Bakersfield community and feels it is so important to give back. Amy is also the Director of Arts Mentoring with Garden Pathways and continues to provide local youth mentoring opportunities in performance art. Amy is the founder of Performance Partnerships which helps develop nonprofits, businesses, and individuals grow their brand and mission, leading them into sustainable ongoing success.
